First up is Double G (Gary Gibbons) who brings you three shows a week: The Other Blues, Blues From The Alley and The Double G Sound Experience.  The programs vary from R&B to Southern Soul to down home blues. Gary has been on internet radio for eight years and knows his music very well.

Next is Shermy (Jeff Sherman) who is the newest DJ with City Sounds on the blues side.  He’s worked with us on the jazz side for eight years and has recently made the move over to our blues side. Sherm will be presenting a general blues show to start with, but as he’s a bit of a historian, I think you can look forward to some very interesting history on blues music in general.

Dick Fairchild is the station owner and host of Blues In The City.  Blues in the City is a presentation of new blues releases as they enter the marketplace.   He too has been on internet radio for about eight years and has established two internet stations:  City Sounds Radio Jazz and City Sounds Radio Blues.  A few months ago the decision was made to take the blues station to iTunes.  City Sounds was accepted and is currently available on any iTunes compatible device.
